AutonomyCore is built to be easy to start and easy to support. If something breaks, you should know exactly where to look and what to send us.

General support

Email [email protected] for onboarding questions, billing clarifications, plan changes, or marketplace-related issues.

Integration help

Include the route you called, the approximate timestamp, and the response body so the issue can be reproduced quickly.

Operational incidents

If a production call fails, include the X-Request-Id response header whenever possible. That is the fastest way to trace a request.

What to send us

  • The endpoint and method, for example `POST /v1/json/clean`.
  • The approximate time of the failed request.
  • The response status code and response body.
  • The `X-Request-Id` response header when available.
  • A short note on whether the issue is blocking production work.
