Privacy and retention notes.

This page gives a plain-language summary of how AutonomyCore handles API requests, website form submissions, and support-related data.

What we receive

AutonomyCore may receive request payloads you submit to the API, account or contact details you enter into forms, operational metadata such as timestamps and IP addresses, and support details you share when reporting an issue.

What we use it for

Data is used to provide the API response, protect service quality, investigate failures, handle support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We try to keep handling practical and proportional to operating the service.

Retention and operational logs

Operational metadata and short-lived traces may be retained for debugging, support, rate limiting, and quality review. Public deployments are intended to minimize unnecessary request preview storage, especially for sensitive user content.

Business and contact data routes

Premium business-data routes are designed to expose summarized, public-safe outputs rather than raw internal operational logs. That boundary exists to reduce leakage of underlying source traces and internal collection artifacts.

Third-party infrastructure

AutonomyCore may rely on hosting, email, monitoring, gateway, and marketplace providers as part of delivering the service. Those providers may process technical metadata required to operate routing, logging, alerting, or billing workflows.
